Castalia Systems is seeking an Intelligence Collection Manager to support MCIA Analysis Geospatial Imagery & Counterintelligence MAGIC. The role will be based at Quantico, VA, onsite, and requires US citizenship with a TSSCI clearance; CI Poly may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category.
• Demonstrates ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines.
• Ability to work semi independently with oversight and direction.
• Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning to synthesize multiple sources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze intelligence requirements.
• Determine resource availability and capacity.
• Research, develop, draft, coordinate, monitor and task collection requirements.
• Develop and activate collection strategies to address intelligence gaps.
• Design operational activities and assess different scenarios.
