Job summary

Castalia Systems seeks an Intelligence Collection Manager (junior) to support MCIA Analysis, Geospatial Imagery, and Counterintelligence actions at the Quantico site. Onsite role with a TS/SCI clearance and possible CI-Poly, US citizenship required.

You will receive, analyze, and plan intelligence collection requirements, coordinating Multi-INT strategies to close gaps and support S2, S3, CI HUMINT and other directorates. Strong analytic, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; substitution allowed for additional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of analysis experience relevant to the labor category; recent experience preferred.
• Familiar with IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to develop structured research and communicate analytic judgments clearly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze intelligence requirements and determine resource needs.
• Research, develop, and coordinate collection requirements across multiple sources.
• Develop and activate Multi-INT collection strategies to address intelligence gaps.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute blended operations for CONUS/OCONUS missions.
• Provide on-site HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT collection planning and support.
• Brief leadership on operation status and provide operational guidance.
