Job summary

Castalia Systems seeks an Intelligence Collection Manager (junior to mid) to support the MAGIC service for Marine Corps Intelligence Activity and related directorates. The position will be based at the customer’s primary location in Quantico, VA, onsite with a TS/SCI clearance and U.S.

citizenship required. The role involves analyzing requirements, developing collection strategies, coordinating CONUS/OCONUS operations, and delivering on-site support and leadership briefings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with recent work preferred.
• Knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work semi-independently with oversight and direction.
• Ability to synthesize multiple sources of information and defend analytic judgments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze intelligence requirements.
• Determine resource availability and capacity.
• Develop and activate multi-INT collection strategies to address intelligence gaps.
• Coordinate and monitor collection requirements across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, and OSINT.
• Plan and coordinate CONUS/OCONUS operations and provide on-site support at Quantico, VA.
• Brief leadership on operation status.
