Job summary

SWBC is seeking a systems analyst to analyze end-to-end business processes and collaborate with architects to design integrations for new clients. The role involves triaging production issues, documenting findings, and coordinating across IT, operations, and vendors.

A Bachelor's in CS or related field and Agile certification are required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Travel locally or nationally is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Agile Professional certification required.
• Working knowledge of business analysis, software development, and/or system analysis.
• Basic knowledge of HTML post, WebService, Web API, and integration mechanisms.
• Experience with Application Development/EDW/BI and system analysis.
• Strong problem resolution, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes systems from end to end and business processes.
• Builds relationships with vendors to develop revenue and growth.
• Triages production issues.
• Documents findings to help developers/architects solve issues.
• Maps end-to-end system interactions and documents requirements.
• Coordinates with multiple teams including IT, Operations and backlog management.
• Designs new integrations with architects and understands end-to-end system/user behaviors/usages.
• Assists with implementation for new clients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane.
• Able to sit for long periods and perform sedentary work.
