You will support asset management sales and advisory efforts across Fixed Income, Alternatives and Equities, building relationships with partners and clients while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 2+ years in asset management (insurance or institutional).
• Ability to learn complex investment/product concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong project management, organizing, planning and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and distribution of Fixed Income Solutions, and Alternatives and Equities.
• Retain and bring in new sales for assigned strategies in collaboration with Sales team.
• Expand client relationships with new strategies and cover market research.
• Develop internal network and understand Voya’s offerings and how they solve client problems.
• Prepare analyses and deliverables to support client engagement.
