Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply consultative insurance sales techniques.
• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the agency.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions.
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Assist customers with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance.
• Learn insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records.
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process.
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Work toward individual sales and production goals.
