Brightway Insurance, The Wagner Agency in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, is hiring a Jr. Sales Agent to learn consultative insurance sales. You will work in-office, receive training, access leads, and grow into a successful insurance professional.

No prior insurance experience required; the team provides mentorship and support, including access to multiple carriers to tailor coverage for customers.

Responsabilidades

• Learn consultative insurance sales techniques.
• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the agency.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions.
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Assist customers with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance.
• Learn insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect records.
• Follow up to move prospects through the sales process.
• Participate in sales training and team meetings.
• Work toward individual sales and production goals.
