Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer to develop engaging training for its 600+ sales team. The role involves creating classroom, e-learning and video content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and applying instructional design approaches to build effective learning experiences.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational, time management and communication skills, plus proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

• Develop resources such as product knowledge assessments, job aids and training communications.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to identify learning needs and future topic opportunities.
