Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is hiring an Associate Instructional Designer to create engaging training for its 600+ sales team. This role offers a chance to grow in instructional design while impacting a growing organization.

Responsibilities include creating classroom, e-learning and video content, researching with SMEs, and building resources like job aids and assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging training materials for the sales team (classroom, e-learning and video).
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop clear learning experiences.
• Build instructional design skills using industry tools.
• Develop support resources such as knowledge assessments and job aids.
• Attend meetings to identify learning needs and future topics.
