Job summary

Uline is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer to help develop engaging training materials for the sales team, including classroom, e-learning and video content.

You will partner with subject matter experts to research learning needs, create learning experiences, and develop resources such as assessments and job aids. This on-site role supports a growing organization with strong benefits and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; great opportunity for recent grads.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
