An established industry player is seeking an Associate Customer Executive to enhance customer service delivery and support sales initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure that customer specifications are met and contractual service level agreements are upheld. Your responsibilities will include managing orders, providing status updates, and maintaining a database of customer preferences. About the role
The Associate Customer Executive is responsible for assisting in the delivery of all products and services to customer specifications and meeting the contractual service level agreements (SLA) with the customer. The Associate Customer Executive communicates regularly with Inside Sales Managers, Customer Executives, Sr. Customer Executives, and Partner Management, to assist with open requests, open quotes, escalated orders, and ongoing projects. This position is an office-based position.
