• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage IT incidents promptly with minimal disruption.
• Current secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of incident response across infra, apps, security and service desk using ITIL workflows.
• Monitor incident queues, SLA performance, and priorities for high‑impact issues.
• Administer ITSM tools like ServiceNow for recording, routing, escalation, and knowledge.
• Conduct post‑incident reviews to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop incident runbooks, templates, and escalation paths for major events.
• Provide stakeholders with clear progress updates, impact, and recovery timelines.
• Analyze trends to recommend process, automation, and monitoring improvements.
• Apply ITIL practices to ensure standardization and continual service improvement.
