Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Understanding of corporate approval processes and escalation needs.
• Entry-level candidates welcome; in-house experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for everyday legal questions across the company.
• Review routine contracts and vendor agreements and escalate when needed.
• Support internal approval workflows, gates, and signature processes.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting support, and document review with caution.
• Apply games industry knowledge to provide practical legal guidance.
• Maintain organized records of contracts and legal correspondence.
• Partner with People Ops, Finance, and other teams on routine matters.
