Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• 0–2 years immigration practice preferred.
• Licensed to practice in any U.S. jurisdiction; Massachusetts admission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Appear before EOIR in master and individual hearings and represent clients at USCIS interviews.
• Prepare asylum, withholding, cancellation of removal, stays, motions to reopen and notices of appeal.
