Job summary

You will document, triage, and track incidents and service requests, ensuring auditable records and timely service restoration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose routine user-support issues and follow approved procedures.
• Experience using IT service management platforms to document and close incidents with clear work notes.
• Knowledge of ITIL-aligned incident and request-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, categorize, prioritize, assign, update, and close identity- and access-related incidents and service requests.
• Perform initial troubleshooting of user access, account lifecycle, entitlement, and application-use issues.
• Validate identity details, affected applications, and evidence before escalation.
• Apply ITIL-aligned incident and request-management practices to manage priority and escalation.
• Provide guidance to nontechnical users on access requests and status.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams per procedures.
• Maintain complete ticket work notes for audit and handoffs.
• Protect sensitive information while supporting IGA operations.
