Job summary

BlueHat Mechanical is seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing Raleigh-area team. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, refrigeration, and controls, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Complete electronic service documentation.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers.
• Maintain a professional, safety-focused attitude while representing BlueHat Mechanical.

What You'll Work On

You'll service and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including:

• Packaged rooftop units
• Split systems
• Heat pumps
• Commercial refrigeration equipment
• VAV systems
• VRF systems
• Controls and other commercial HVAC equipment

No residential work.
