Qualifications

• Entry-level HVAC experience or trade school coursework preferred but not required.
• Interest in pursuing an HVAC apprenticeship or journeyman career path.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems.
• Support installation of furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and related components.
• Load, stage, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Follow mechanical plans, work orders, and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain job site cleanliness and organization.
• Comply with all safety policies, OSHA standards, and company procedures.
• Observe and learn proper HVAC installation techniques and best practices.
• Accurately complete assigned job documentation as directed.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
