Job summary

Dewberry seeks an Entry Level Highway Engineer to join our Highway Engineering Department in Boston, MA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated new graduate to contribute to roadway improvement projects and work with a team of professionals.

Responsibilities include design and preparation of contract documents for roadway projects for various clients, with support from experienced staff and access to the latest engineering tools.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT/FE preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Prior internship or summer work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AASHTO, MassDOT, MBTA, and MUTCD preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD including ORD (Open Roads MicroStation) and Civil 3D (ACAD).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in team environment.
