Qualifications

• Practicing Catholic in full sacramental communion with the Catholic Church.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Catholic theology, Scripture, morality, evangelization, and adolescent faith formation.
• Two years of youth ministry or related ministry experience.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Criminal background check and Safe Environment/EIM compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, lead, and facilitate weekly junior high youth ministry gatherings (3 hours per week).
• Ensure Wednesday evening liturgical duties of junior high students are fulfilled throughout the school year.
• Maintain an active relational ministry with students and families.
• Assist in keeping accurate records for attendance, registrations and permission slips, payments received, etc.
