Qualifications

• Practicing Catholic in full sacramental communion with the Church.
• Commitment to Catholic teaching and values.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with volunteers.
• Two years of youth ministry or related ministry experience.
• Background check and Safe Environment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, lead, and facilitate weekly junior high youth ministry gatherings (3 hours/week).
• Oversee Wednesday liturgical duties for junior high students during the school year.
• Maintain active relational ministry with students and families.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, registrations, and payments.
• Collaborate with junior high volunteers and liaise with the DRE to identify needs.
• Organize storage for activities and manage snacks and supplies.
• Operate technology (smart TVs, projectors, screens, laptops).
• Adhere to Safe Environment standards while working with youth.
