Job summary

The Illinois Association of School Administrators is seeking a dedicated science teacher to instruct 7th and 8th grade students and oversee the Illinois Science Assessment administration.

The successful candidate will hold or be able to obtain an Illinois Professional Educator License with a science endorsement, thrive in a team setting, and leverage multiple technology-based learning platforms to deliver instruction.

• Must be effective in a team setting and skilled at delivering instruction using multiple technology-based learning platforms.
• Create a caring, student-centered environment and maintain high academic expectations.
• Knowledge and understanding of Illinois Learning Standards, RTI, and differentiated instructional practices.

Successful candidates must have knowledge and understanding of Illinois Learning Standards, RTI, and differentiated instructional practices.
