Qualifications

• Provide data-informed, universal, and targeted learning experiences to develop the whole child.
• Deliver counseling services aligned with the NY Comprehensive School Counseling Framework and SEL Benchmarks.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure culturally responsive practices.
• Develop measurable outcomes for counseling activities and contribute to program planning.
• Prepare and deliver reports as required by district leadership.
• Maintain a resource list for referrals to address student and family needs.
