Qualifications

• Illinois Teaching License with appropriate endorsements and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Engage students in an inquiry-based delivery model of instruction.
• Update and maintain student records accurately and completely as required by law and policy.
• Create a safe learning environment and apply effective behavior management techniques.
• Communicate progress to students, parents and colleagues; participate in PLCs.
• Analyze student data to drive differentiated instruction and data-based decisions.
