You will plan Bible-based teaching, recruit and train volunteers, manage the ministry calendar and budget, and collaborate with the NXT Gen Team to advance Grace Church's vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in ministry or related roles is desirable.
• Evidence of a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of Junior High Ministry, including weekly programming, events, camps, and initiatives.
• Create a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for spiritual growth.
• Recruit, train, and disciple volunteers, equipping them for ministry.
• Develop goals, calendar, and budget aligned with church vision and discipleship.
• Plan Bible-based teaching relevant to junior high students.
• Foster small groups and relational evangelism among students and leaders.
• Collaborate with NXT Gen Team and staff to align ministries.
• Evaluate and improve programs, seeking feedback and innovation.
