• Experience with team-building and player development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct practices, workouts, and conditioning sessions.
• Develop game strategies and analyze team performance.
• Supervise assistant coaches and support staff.
• Promote discipline, hard work, and respect.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of all athletes.
• Manage equipment, uniforms, and team logistics.
• Foster academic and personal development in players.
• Represent the team in a positive manner within the school and community.
