Qualifications

• High school level coaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fundamentals, rules, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Background check clearance.
• Experience with team-building and player development.
• Understanding of strength and conditioning programs.

Responsibilities
