Coaching endorsement, high moral character, favorable example to young people, and any preference would be given to classroom teacher.

Job Goal

To provide leadership, supervision, and organization of a specific athletic activity, and to carry out the objectives of the total athletic program. To instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize individual and team success. At the same time, the student shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self‑discipline, and self‑confidence.
