Thales Academy Cary is actively hiring a Junior High and High School Science and Math Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year. The mission of Thales Academy is to provide an excellent and affordable education for students in Pre-K to 12th grades through the use of Direct Instruction (K-5) and a Classical Curriculum (6-12) that embodies traditional values.

• Curriculum: Implementing the approved curriculum with proper pacing guides, lesson plans, and assessments for assigned courses.
• Cooperation: Working closely with teammates to develop teaching skills.
• Collaboration: Participating in team planning and sharing curriculum and instructional expertise.
• Professional Development: Engaging in offered professional development opportunities.
• Professional Etiquette: Maintaining a professional demeanor in communications and behavior.
• Communication: Promoting communication with parents, community members and teammates, and supporting home-school connections.
