Job summary

Thales Academy Holly Springs is seeking a Junior High and High School Industrial Arts Teaching Assistant to support hands-on projects and classroom activities. Qualifications

• Capacity to learn quickly in a classroom setting and follow lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Industrial Arts and Luddy Institute of Technology (LIT) classes.
• Support classroom instruction and hands-on student projects.
• Set up equipment and materials following existing lesson plans.
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and productive classroom environment.
• Learn curriculum under the guidance of the lead instructor.
• Take on increased instructional responsibilities over time.

Thales Academy Holly Springs is accepting applications for a Junior High and High School Industrial Arts Teaching Assistant.

The mission of Thales Academy is to provide an excellent and affordable education for students in Pre-K to 12th grades through the use of Direct Instruction (K-5) and a Classical Curriculum (6-12) that embodies traditional values.

Must be adaptable, eager to learn, organized

• Teaching experience preferred but not required
