Job summary

Omega Home Health Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support our Process Optimization & Analytics Division. You’ll help build operational analytics in healthcare workflows, reporting systems, and Power BI reporting, with a focus on data-driven improvement across administrative departments.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or early-career analysts who want growth in operational analytics, healthcare systems, and automation within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in a related field.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL foundation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support KPI dashboard maintenance and reporting initiatives.
• Create and maintain Excel-based operational reports.
• Assist with Power BI reporting and data visualization.
• Support productivity and workflow analytics.
