About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Healthcare Data Analyst to support healthcare data analysis, reporting, data quality, and operational decision-making. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who have foundational analytical skills and an interest in applying data analysis to healthcare-related information.

Candidates with internship experience, academic projects, personal projects, or equivalent practical experience are encouraged to apply. Prior professional healthcare experience is not mandatory.

This is an onsite position in Dallas, Texas. Candidates must be able to work onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze healthcare-related datasets.
• Assist with preparing reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
