Job summary

Join Awin as a Junior Group Accountant in the United States to support the Senior Group Accountant in delivering IFRS consolidated financial reporting for the Awin Group. You will assist with group consolidation, monthly closes, intercompany reconciliations and reporting packages, while contributing to process improvements and leveraging LucaNet.

You will work with a global team, develop expertise in IFRS and local GAAP, and gain exposure to analytics and management reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in accounting, group accounting, consolidation or audit.
• Understanding of consolidation processes and intercompany reconciliations.
• Familiarity with IFRS; interest in local GAAP.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to ERP/consolidation tools (D365, LucaNet) is a plus.
• Team player with a global mindset and ability to build international relationships.
• Structured, accurate and proactive with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor-level degree in Finance/Accounting or similar; pursuing professional qualification is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with group consolidation activities and IFRS reporting for the Awin Group.
• Support monthly and annual group closing activities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and group reporting packages.
• Contribute to financial analysis and management reporting for group insights.
• Assist with audit requests and shareholder reporting for group consolidation.
• Support improvements in group reporting processes and LucaNet use.
• Collaborate with Accounting and local finance teams on consolidation topics.
• Maintain data in Awin’s consolidation tool LucaNet.
• Gain broad experience in group accounting and IFRS reporting.
