Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Junior Graphics Designer to join our team on a full-time contract basis.

The role supports the development of visual content for branding, marketing, communications, digital campaigns, presentations, and broader business initiatives across multiple platforms. Under guidance from senior designers, you will translate creative concepts into polished visuals, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, marketing design, or related creative field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing original graphic concepts and visual designs for digital, print, marketing, and corporate communications projects.
• Create social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, reports, flyers, promotional materials, and branded content.
• Design and update visual assets for websites, email campaigns, digital platforms, internal communications, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams to understand project requirements and creative objectives.
• Translate creative briefs and campaign messaging into clear, visually effective designs.
• Maintain brand guidelines across typography, color, imagery, and layouts.
