Qualifications

• Hands-on command of Motion Design, with Illustration as a close second.
• Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Set guardrails loose enough for junior creatives to surprise you inside them.
• Keep current with Motion Design and Interaction Design to expand the creative toolkit.
• Read the room mid-presentation and reorder the deck on the fly.
• Reframe a tired product story until junior stakeholders lean forward again.
• Maintain organized source files, asset libraries, and version histories.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand, accessibility, and platform standards.
• Choreograph photo shoots in Frankfort from shot list to retouched selects.
• Pitch the uncomfortable direction when the safe one has clearly run dry.
