• At least 1 years building expertise within the creative space
• A hands-dirty attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Hands-on creative experience that holds up to follow-up questions

Founded in Little Rock, AR during a downturn, Entertainment Solutions Inc grew maker-minded and lean while flashier creative rivals burned out. We believe the best creative decisions get made closest to the work, not three floors up.

You bring the Professionalism; we bring $32,000 - $49,000, a mentor, a benefits package, and the freedom to grow on your terms in Little Rock.

This one is current, freshly dated, and very much hiring.
