You will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and collaborate with Marketing Communications, Sales and Purchasing to translate ideas into on-brand materials across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and the opportunity to contribute from concept development through final

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, media design, digital design, or related field.
• 1–2+ years in an agency environment; experience with wide format printing and digital media.
• Experience across digital and print media: layout, typography, image manipulation, 2D prototyping.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects knowledge.
• Experience with packaging and print production; CMYK understanding and production specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Proactive, results-driven; able to manage multiple priorities with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Creates compelling print and digital design across the path-to-purchase; brand identity, packaging, and digital communications.
• Manages creative projects from kickoff through final production, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Partners with internal teams to define project needs, objectives, and specifications.
• Serves as a brand steward ensuring brand standards and quality across deliverables.
• Presents concepts to stakeholders and incorporates feedback while staying aligned with objectives.
• Manages external vendors and contributes to creative workflows and processes.
• Stays current on design trends and tools; applies insights to strategy.
• Shares knowledge with team and supports other duties as assigned.
