F. Schumacher & Co. is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support regional marketing and showroom needs while contributing to national campaigns. The role partners with the Brand Director and team to maintain a consistent visual identity across channels.

You will design assets for emails, collateral, and launches, and help production-ready files for vendors, ensuring quality and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within interiors, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for print and digital platforms with print production knowledge.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude with a range of creative and production-oriented projects.

Responsibilities

• Work across regional marketing materials, including email campaigns, invitations, postcards, and showroom collateral.
• Contribute to the national email marketing calendar, designing campaign assets and supporting creative execution.
• Build, format, and schedule email campaigns in Mailchimp with consistency across communications.
• Adapt national assets for regional initiatives and showroom needs.
• Assist in development, design, and production of sales tools and marketing collateral.
• Create materials for new collection launches including lookbooks, product sheets, social assets.
• Design and update showroom materials, signage, product information, and promotional pieces.
• Prepare production-ready files, review proofs, and coordinate printing with vendors.
• Support creation of presentation decks and other brand materials.
