Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to produce Stream-branded marketing materials for property listings in the Phoenix market. You will use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales professionals with high-quality visuals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with attention to detail and has experience in commercial real estate design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications or Marketing.
• 1+ years of experience in a formal design environment.
• Advanced Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Web design or HTML/CSS experience is a plus.
• Motion graphics and video production/editing experience a plus.
• Knowledge of website development platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Layout and produce Stream-branded and custom marketing materials to promote Stream property listings.
• Bring client’s story to life by designing tailored collateral for client properties.
• Format research-based data and create graphics that portray a visually compelling story.
• Champion and become an expert-level user for Stream's marketing tools.
• Translate creative strategy into creative direction and prepare presentations.
• Work with 3rd party agencies and print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production.
• Stay ahead of design and marketing trends to boost brand awareness.
• Work autonomously and cross-manage multiple projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal clients to determine the best design approach.
