Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support our Phoenix sales professionals by producing Stream-branded and client-specific marketing materials. The role emphasizes creativity, organization, and a customer-focused mindset, with hands-on use of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Art/Graphic Design/Marketing and 1+ years in a design setting, plus strong communication and time-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications or Marketing.
• 1+ years of experience in a formal design environment.
• Advanced design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Responsibilities

• Layout and produce Stream-branded and custom marketing materials for property listings.
• Design tailored collateral for client properties in print and digital formats.
• Create graphics from research-based data to tell a visual story (infographics, charts, tables).
• Collaborate with marketing team and vendors, manage multiple projects.
