We are an American-based design company called YKMD Visual Communications and we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing company.

Our ideal candidate is highly creative, independent, open to criticism, forward thinking, solutions oriented and possesses a strong knowledge in graphic design so that he/she can make ideas come to life.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will create and implementing designs solutions for a variety of clients as directed but Art Director and Project Manager.

Projects may include:

• Social Media Posts
• Motion Graphics
• Brand Identity & Guidelines
• Logos
• Web Design
• Email Design
• Annual Reports
• Flyers
• Everything in Between

Skills Wanted:

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Initiative and confidence to take charge of role and make decisions
• Creativity and a passion for high-quality design
• Not required, but graduate of any degree related to Industrial Design, Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design and Fine Arts is a plus
• Proficient in using Word, PowerPoint
• Expert in using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
• Nice to haves Adobe XD, Premiere, Media Encoder

Working Conditions:

• Full time (30-40 hours a week) from home
• Works 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time (Miami Time)
• Fast and efficient communication in English required
• Be resourceful, and ask for help when needed
• Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects (1-2 business days on most simple projects)
