adidas Golf is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sports Marketing to help identify and recruit high-potential golf athletes across AJGA, elite junior, amateur, collegiate, and NIL pathways. You will monitor progression, support recruitment, and maintain prospect databases, while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Product Marketing, and other teams to ensure timely approvals.

Based in Carlsbad, CA, this hybrid role requires strong organization, relationship-building, and ability to travel

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in sports marketing, golf, athlete services, scouting, partnerships, events, or related operational functions.
• Working knowledge of athlete development pathways and junior/collegiate sports landscape.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects, projects, deadlines.
• Ability to evaluate athlete performance and develop clear reports and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with athletes, families, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support talent scouting across AJGA, elite junior, amateur, collegiate, and NIL pathways.
• Monitor athlete results, rankings, progression, commitments, and representation.
• Attend events to evaluate prospects and build relationships.
• Prepare scouting profiles covering performance, potential, and brand fit.
• Maintain watch lists and identify athletes needing further evaluation.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Product to meet requirements.
• Support contract administration and CAF processes and approvals.
• Manage North American prospect databases and pipelines.
