Job summary

Northern California Golf Association is seeking a Manager, Junior Golf to oversee tournament administration, player points, and junior programming. You will coordinate with the USNDP Team NorCal and NCGA Foundation on clinics and new initiatives, ensuring accurate data in internal systems.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the Director, Junior Golf and requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus a drive to grow youth golf in Northern California.

Qualifications

• GED and/or 2-3 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of golf tournament formats and rules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of New Pathway Tour Junior events and NCGA Juniors events annually.
• Assist with points programs, results review, and on-site tournament management.
• Support USNDP Team NorCal Program and junior initiatives.
• Coordinate with NCGA Foundation on teaching clinics and new programming.
• Manage the Junior Tour Points Program and year-end awards.
