Job summary

Northern California Golf Association (NCGA) and Poppy Holding Inc. are seeking a Manager, Junior Golf to lead the administrative and operational support for NCGA's junior programs in Northern California.

You will oversee tournament administration, entry processes, player points, course contracts, and coordination with the USNDP Team NorCal program to ensure smooth delivery. The role reports to the Director, Junior Golf, and requires collaboration with staff to advance NCGA’s mission to grow

Qualifications

• GED and/or 2-3 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of golf tournament formats and the rules of golf.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer New Pathway Tour Junior events and NCGA Juniors events.
• Assist JTNC Championship Tour, Pathway Tour and NCGA Juniors points programs.
• Support USNDP Team NorCal Program with special projects.
• Coordinate with NCGA Foundation on Junior programs.
• Manage the Junior Tour Points Program for Youth of the Year.
• Represent NCGA in dealings with junior participants and families.
