Job summary

Golf Pride Grips is seeking a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our design COE and contribute to ergonomic, high-performance grip development. You will create 3D models, prepare technical drawings, and work with cross-functional teams from manufacturing to OEM customers.

From Rhino3D, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD to prototyping and testing, you will help advance Golf Pride's leading grip designs while collaborating with global colleagues and relocating to Pinehurst, NC if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field.
• 0–3 years of experience in mechanical design.
• Experience with CAD and grip/product development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing ergonomic golf grips.
• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move concepts to production.
• Support prototype building and testing, and documentation.
