The Golf Academy at St. Johns, operated by Troon, is seeking a Golf Academy Assistant to support our busy Junior Golf Academy. You will assist with instruction, help manage daily operations, and contribute to the academy's growth and success.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with junior golfers and wants to grow as an instructor, with opportunities for additional teaching responsibilities as experience and certifications develop.

Qualifications

• Strong golfer capable of breaking 75 or better.
• Experience teaching junior golfers or coaching is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation and instruction of the Junior Golf Academy.
• Assist with group instruction for junior golfers of various levels.
• Help with setup, breakdown, equipment, and organization for daily activities.
