Job summary

Phoenix Energy One, LLC is seeking a Jr. GIS Analyst to support land projects with GIS expertise. You will collect, manage, analyze, and visualize spatial data to aid land management, planning, and development efforts.

The role requires 1–2 years of GIS experience, proficiency in ArcGIS or QGIS, and the ability to work in an in-office Monday–Friday setting. You will collaborate with planners, engineers, and environmental scientists on diverse projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Science, GIS, or related field.
1–2 years of GIS analysis and mapping experience.
In-office, Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

Data collection and management of spatial data from field surveys, imagery, and public databases.
Perform GIS analysis to support land use planning and environmental assessments.
Create maps and visualizations to communicate findings for stakeholders.
Maintain GIS databases ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Provide GIS technical support to the Land team and resolve GIS issues.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing GIS findings.
Collaborate with planners, engineers, and environmental scientists to integrate GIS data into workflows.
