Job summary

Naboo, a global leader in corporate events, seeks a finance intern based in Paris to support closing processes and financial reporting. You will coordinate with international entities, process closing entries, and monitor cash and currencies, while exploring automation opportunities.

Required are a finance-focused degree, fluency in French and English, and a keen interest in AI tools applied to accounting. This is an early-responsibility internship with hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Control or equivalent
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Understanding of P&L, cash flow and FP&A concepts
• Interest in automation tools and AI in finance (e.g., Claude in Excel)

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing closings in France and internationally
• Coordinate closings with international entities
• Process closing entries
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable
• Contribute to automation of closings using existing tools
• Monitor group cash positions
• Reconcile cash flows with back office
• Manage multi-currency flows and FX variances
