Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd in Florida seeks a Junior Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deliver data pipelines for analytics, ML, and AI initiatives. You will bridge legacy on-prem systems with Snowflake and cloud ecosystems, building production-grade data that powers models and AI features.

This hands-on role requires strong Snowflake, AWS, and Azure skills, plus Python, SQL, PySpark, and Docker. Travel is required occasionally as projects scale across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Six (6) years of hands-on data engineering experience in multi-cloud environments.
Expert-level Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, and external service integration.
Advanced knowledge of AWS and Azure data services; proficient in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
Experience with data orchestration and containerization (Docker).

Responsibilities

Designs, builds, and maintains ETL/ELT pipelines across on-prem, AWS, and Azure.
Develops feature stores and analytics-ready datasets for ML workflows.
Engineers data pipelines for generative AI use cases across cloud environments.
Partners with IT, security, and DBAs to ensure secure, scalable data integrations.
