Job summary

Societe Generale Global Markets Division seeks a driven analyst to support senior EM and FX traders in daily tasks and mid-term projects, while learning the intricacies of FX and EM markets for a future market-making role.

You will help develop quantitative tools, manage bookings, and assist in pricing and hedging EM and G-10 derivatives, collaborating with sales to grow the eFX and voice client franchise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Eng, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar.
• 1–3 years relevant experience within MARK; sales or trading functions preferred.
• VIE experience is highly valued.
• Facile with internal SG systems such as Xone, SGM, Vulcan, Trading Suite preferred.
• Highly collaborative, team player within multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams.
• High achievers driven to exceed expectations, with the highest personal standards.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships within a large organization.
• Must pass FINRA Series 7, Series 3 and Series 63 licensing after commencement of employment.

COMPENSATION:

Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
