Job summary

Capgemini in Westlake, TX seeks a Junior Full Stack Java Developer to join our data and AI team. You will design and implement enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular and RESTful APIs, and build Power BI dashboards that reveal actionable insights.

You will work in a collaborative multi-developer Agile environment, leveraging AWS/Azure cloud, containers (Kubernetes, Docker), and modern data stores such as Snowflake, Oracle and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field.
• 3–5 years of demonstrable experience in full stack engineering.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI.
• Experience in collaborative agile multi-developer environment following coding standards and DevOps.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
• Designing Java Web services using Spring Boot and Spring Security.
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Snowflake, Oracle, PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker (AWS-EKS, Azure AKS).
• Experience with monitoring tools Splunk and Datadog.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving skills; ability to learn new technologies.
